Awesome app, my sister works for iherb. And thanks to her Im hooked , I just purchased a few items . Excited to try them !:)

The app is convenient to have, but there are bugs and can get glitchy. Still needs some work. But overall ordering and searching for products is convenient.

When I found about this site a year ago , I never complained about any thing. you are 100% sure that the stuff are original and at the best price and if you have Issues just send an email or tweet to them , they are always there

Just discovered this app and am loving how easy it is to use. Keeping things on a wish list is helpful, and the cart keeps your items, in case you need to step away or order later!

I love the new look for the app!! But Im seriously disappointed in the fact that it no longer displays the ingredients of the products!!

For example when you do a search, your previous search is cleared away. Instead your previous search should still be there so you can add/modify it.

Easy to navigate the app and place an order. Its great to see user reviews and the discounts/deals are useful. The free shipping is a plus!

I live in South Korea and find it difficult to find many of the ingredients I need to do my cooking. Iherbs been amazing. The prices and shipping are very reasonable. The mobile app means that I can order/shop on the run. Thanks!

Is good, the wish list could be easier to use but really I like related products or maybe some suggestions for things I usually order.

This app is AMAZING. iHerb is AMAZING. Having recently been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, I have been on a quest for low carb, healthy, delicious additions to my new, tweaked (--overhauled) menu plan. iHerb has such a fantastic selection of top quality items, and makes it VERY EASY for this east coast Canadian to shop! All items are shown to me in Canadian currency, (-there are other options as well-) and the taxes/duties and shipping prices are automatically calculated added to the shopping cart (...so, no surprises)! The prices are great.-even with our weak Canadian dollar! The app itself, is sooo smooth and user friendly. My diagnosis has been devastating and has turned my world upside down. This shopping experience was FUN, and made my week. It was actually a PLEASURE. I am really excited to receive my shipment and experiment with these new products. iHerb will help me to make the best of this "new lifestyle". Thank you for offering these products at such awesome prices, and for making Canadian customers feel appreciated. I truly feel like a VALUED customer. I just joined & am impressed with the ease of moving around between products. One complaint, however. My subtotal was 40.46 with an additional 20.00+ charge for S & H and duty. I noticed an offer of free shipping, duty with orders over 40.00. This would be a big savings, so I clicked on this. The screen flashed & the offers condition changed to over 50.00 CA $. This was very misleading as the original offer did not clarify the amount was 40.00 US. Not good as 1st impressions go, but Ill continue on as the prices are competitive & site easy to navigate.
