Overall the app is great. For some reason paying with PayPal didnt work. When I chose that option, before I could attempt login in, the app gave a blank screen. I had to restart it and then chose payment by credit card. Other than that, the app is well designed and easy to use.

I love shopping with iherb, its simple, fast, really effective!

The app for iherb.com is getting better and better. it is now very convenient to shop via the app. coming from an amazon app user perspective a few more improvements could be done in terms of ease to use with wishlist handling.

I live overseas & rely on iherb for baby items, vitamins, snacks and anything else I cant find over here. The app is easy to use and a great way to set up, change & add to an order over time. It offers currency options which are helpful when making an international purchase as the weight & total price determine extra costs required by customs at least in the country in which I reside. Overall, iHerb is a great place to shop and the app is a positive edition to that experience.

There have been so many great improvements to the original app - so easy to browse for products then place your order. Makes a good company to purchase from even better!

While browsing and scrolling up and down or adding some thing to cart it stucks on latest ios on iPhone 5s. Pls fix it

Shopping experience could be better if notes for communication with the company could be made during checkout.

This app has made ordering that much easier. The layout is clear and its easy to manoeuvre through the different categories. Oh, and it makes it very easy to check for the latest sales and promotions. I ❤️ iHerb!

Easy to use, fast shipping, and great variety! I get all my herbal supplements from here as a lot arent available to buy in Canada!

I likes my functions on this app as well as the convenience! Please update so that once I have my items in the basket and am checking out, I can go back and change my method of payment. Currently it does not let you do that even under "modify this order". Many thanks!
